Radical Rest & Recharge as Resistance is a space and community to recharge/regulate our nervous systems (rather than fight/flight/fall) in order to find clarity in the chaos.
This circle is for moms of kids of all ages—whether your child is a newborn or grown.
You don’t need any experience. You don’t need to “have it together.” You just need to show up.
This is a child-free space, designed for you to receive, recharge, and rest.

Motherhood can be relentless.
The expectations, the invisible labor, the constant caring-for-others can leave your nervous system fried and your body running on fumes.
Radical Rest & Recharge as Resistance is a weekly circle for moms to reclaim their energy, gather in community, and remember the power of pausing.
This isn’t your typical mom group. There’s no pressure to fix anything or show up in any certain way. There’s no kids, no to-do list—just a space for you to regulate, restore, and reconnect to your inner clarity.

Meet your facilitators
Ashley Boudet and Tekla Ayers have been walking this path of motherhood, healing, and community for over a decade. They first connected when Tekla facilitated a new moms group that Ashley attended with her newborn—and from there, a lasting friendship was born.
Together, they bring a deep well of compassion, intuitive care, and embodied wisdom to this weekly circle. Their shared mission is simple: to create a consistent, healing space for moms to feel rooted, seen, and supported.

In Loving Memory: Carol Sin
This offering began in April 2025 in honor of our dear friend Carol Sin.
Carol was a vibrant spirit—a loving mother and fierce advocate for joy and community. Her encouragement to gather, to reflect, and to honor the good in our children continues to inspire this space.
We hold this circle in her memory and in commitment to the healing of all.
