Types of Reiki Sessions + Packages

I offer a variety of ways to work with me, and I encourage you to first schedule a phone call so we can meet and I can answer any questions you may have.

I love a skeptic and I love questions (a teacher at heart). After our initial phone call, I’ll help to set up your Plant the Seed package, which consists of 2 Reiki sessions and 2 follow up calls. After that we will discuss different options and explore if you are a candidate for the 8 month Be Rooted program.

Each person is different, so I encourage you to try it out with the Plant the Seed package after we chat on the phone! 

  • Plant the Seed Package

    START HERE

    A gentle introduction for new clients. Includes two 75-minute Reiki sessions and two 15-minute phone check-ins to support your integration and questions.


    Best for: People new to Reiki or new to working with me.


    Access: Offered after free connection call.

  • Ready to Root

    Available as a 3- or 6-month package, with flexible payment plans.

    Deepen your practice with ongoing support. Includes two 75-minute Reiki sessions per month and weekly 15-minute check-ins.

    Best for: Clients ready to ground and grow, whether you are new or returning.


    Access: Offered after your second session.

  • Reiki Reset

    Drop-In Session

    Come back into balance with a single 75-minute Reiki session.


    For returning clients only, no matter how long it has been- book now!

  • Tend to the Roots

    Monthly Maintenance

    One Reiki session per month to maintain your energetic flow.


    Flexible ongoing membership with a 3-month minimum.


    Autopay + online scheduling available. Please schedule a drop-in session and then we can talk details.
