A Sacred Pause
Breathe. Ground. Reconnect.
In a world that’s moving fast, A Sacred Pause is a chance to slow down—together.
This is a weekly virtual circle for reflection, embodiment, and connection, co-hosted by Tekla Ayers and Tonja Reichley. Each 30-minute gathering offers space to return to your body, regulate your nervous system, and practice being in authentic community.
Whether you show up with joy or grief, rage or hope, all parts of you are welcome here.
