Celebrating the cycles of the Earth with Ceremony + Reiki Practice- in Community

At Be Rooted Healing Arts, our work follows the wisdom of the seasons. These seasonal events are an invitation to pause, reflect, celebrate, and connect—with ourselves, one another, and the natural rhythms of the earth.

From the winter stillness to the high summer sun, these gatherings are rooted in the ancient practice of honoring the Wheel of the Year—following the traditional Irish tradition of celebrating the cycle of 8 sacred seasonal markers. This is a beautiful time to pause and reflect, 8 times a year, in community. These celebrations are in collaboration with other practitioners to bring a variety of mindfulness and somatic practices, creativity and connection with the seasons. This is also a time to gather & practice Reiki in community- if you are not able to make the monthly Reiki shares on Thursday evenings, this is an opportunity to reconnect with the practice of Reiki in community- and if you are interested in learning more about Reiki, join us- you can be a beginner but curious about Reiki!
