Restoring Resilience
Daily Practices for Lawyers and Spaceholders
AILA Cancun Conference Follow-up
Welcome. I am so glad you’re here.
Thank you for attending Restoring Resilience: Reiki for Immigration Lawyers to Prevent Burnout. During our time together, you practiced grounding, embodiment, and simple tools for energy awareness. My hope is that you left with more clarity in your body and a reminder that your energy matters too.
I had the honor of sharing Reiki sessions with a handful of conference participants, and I connected with many of you during the time in Cancun. I would love to stay connected!
If you’re ready to continue your practice or to experience deeper support, here are your next steps.

What’s next? I have known a few lawyers through my work, and I know how much you all love to learn and read, research and read. This is not a practice that you can read about (well you can, but it won’t get you far). Practice is the key- just as you practice law, each of us needs to take time in our day to practice grounding, being aware of our energy, and setting energetic boundaries. Through my own life experience and practice, I have found that Reiki and practicing in and with community is most helpful to stay consistent and accountable.
What Comes Next in Your Practice
I am here to support Immigration Lawyers- I see you and the important work you do, and all of the non-stop demands of your field. I see my piece in advocacy work is to support those who are doing the exhausting front-line work like you are. I would love to help shift the culture of immigration lawyers giving all of their time and energy to their clients and the systems that they are fighting.
Thank you for your work, I am here to hold space for you, to rest, to practice energetic tools, and to share the practice of Reiki with you. I am experienced at holding circles of trust, and know the power of coming together to practice and share the realities of life!
A Circle of Support for Immigration Lawyers
I have a dream to offer a recurring virtual circle created specifically for immigration lawyers. A space designed for those who carry trauma stories, vicarious grief, and the chronic urgency of the immigration system.
A circle where you can:
Authentically share how life is showing up for you
Practice grounding and energetic boundary tools
Experience stillness and silence in community
Release what you’ve been holding through guided meditation and Reiki
Learn how to let go of what is not yours while staying connected to your purpose.
If you are interested in joining this circle, please fill out a short survey to help determine meeting times.

My Commitment to Immigration Lawyers
I see you.
The pace you keep. The complexity you hold. The depth of your care.
You stand at the front lines of human rights work, often without places to rest or release what you witness.
My role in advocacy is supporting the advocates — the ones who hold so much.
Through Reiki, community, grounding tools, and energetic boundaries, I help you refill your own energy so you can continue showing up without losing yourself in the process. You deserve spaces that nourish your spirit and restore your resilience.
I would be honored to support you.
